🌹 The Mother’s Wounding & The Journey Home to Ourselves

A Reflection from The Mother’s Wound Healing Circle

Dear beautiful souls,

In our recent gathering (an hour ago only!!!) , we came together to explore one of the deepest and most tender layers of the human heart — the Mother’s Wound.

It was an evening of courage, compassion, and remembrance. Through presence and gentle conversation, we witnessed how the imprints of our maternal line ripple through our emotions, relationships, and sense of self.

🌬 The Echoes of the Mother Wound

The mother’s wounding can show up in many forms — enmeshment, abandonment, perfectionism, shame, or a quiet disconnection from our own feelings.

For men, it can manifest as an unconscious distance from vulnerability.

Yes, in this connection, I added The Masculine Lens: Sons and the Mother Wound and how it manifests to their living experiences.

For women, it can appear as self-sacrifice, control, or a striving to be “enough.”

Together, we explored how these inherited energies live in our bodies and stories — and how awareness itself begins the healing.

Healing, as we reminded ourselves, is not a one-time event.

It’s a living process, an unfolding dance between remembering and releasing.

⚖️ Rebalancing the Inner Masculine & Feminine

We journeyed into the sacred balance within — the divine dance of masculine and feminine energies that live inside each of us.

Men are being called to awaken their inner feminine — to feel deeply, soften, and trust.

Women are invited to harmonise their inner masculine — to hold boundaries, speak truth, and act from integrity.

When these polarities meet in harmony, we no longer need to perform, defend, or fix.

We simply become whole.

🧬 The Lineage Within

We also explored how emotions and beliefs are inherited, not just through behaviour , but energetically and genetically.

A mother’s emotional state during pregnancy, her fears and dreams, her relationship with her own mother — all become threads in the child’s inner tapestry.

Through this awareness, we can rewrite our inheritance.

As we heal, we reweave the strands of our DNA, restoring the original blueprint of love and balance within us.

💫 Breaking Cycles, Reclaiming Power

Healing the mother line means learning to see differently — to pause before reacting, to reframe rather than repeat.

We practiced how to shift energy quickly and recognise the moment when our own inner child is crying for safety, with specific GOTC Celestial Healing and Frameworks.

As we awaken, we stop passing our pain forward.

We choose compassion instead of control, curiosity instead of judgment.

This is how we become the mothers — and fathers — our souls have always longed for.

🌹 The Body as the Gateway

To close our session, we moved into a somatic healing practice — using breath to SomaTouch, and gentle awareness to release what the mind could not name.

The body holds everything we have not yet loved.

By listening to its wisdom, we begin to feel safe within our own skin again.

Peace returns.

Energy flows.

And we remember that the Divine Mother has always lived inside of us.
